Respite Team Member
Provide vital support for families and enriching care for individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Respite Team Member, you’ll help create a nurturing environment where clients feel safe, valued, and engaged—while their families get the break they need. Substitute Day Program Team Member
Looking for flexible, purpose-driven work? Join us as a Substitute Day Program Team Member and support individuals with disabilities through meaningful activities, personal care, and community involvement. Ideal for those with experience in education or support work seeking a casual, impactful role.
Therapy Aid Team Member
Help individuals reach their full potential by supporting therapeutic activities that build communication, motor, and social skills. As a Therapy Aide Staff member, you'll work closely with therapists to deliver goal-focused sessions in a safe and structured environment. This flexible role is ideal for those passionate about making a difference through hands-on, developmental support.
Day Program Team Member
Make a meaningful impact every day! As a Day Program Team Member, you'll support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals through skill-building, community connection, and daily routines. Join our collaborative team in creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces in Sherwood Park or Edmonton.
Day Program Team Lead
Lead with purpose and compassion. As a Day Program Team Lead, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and support individuals with developmental disabilities in reaching their goals. This full-time leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about building inclusive, empowering spaces.
