What are Therapy Aide Services?
Therapy Aides provide hands-on, one-on-one support that helps individuals achieve their developmental, social, and functional goals.
Working with certified Behavior Consultants, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs), our aides tailor plans to the unique needs of each Friend.

Our services are available for children, teens, and adults, and focus on empowering participants to build critical skills for greater independence, self-regulation, and communication.
Whether it’s developing daily routines, improving expressive language, or enhancing sensory integration, our Therapy Aides are here to support every step of the journey.

Therapy Aide Fees
Our Respite and Therapy Aide services are funded through the Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) program. FSCD contracts often include hours for:

In-home or community-based respite care

Therapy aide support to reinforce speech, occupational, or physical therapy goals

Assistance with regulation, social skill development, or goal-specific activities
Families typically access these services using their approved FSCD hours. Our team will coordinate with your FSCD caseworker to ensure services align with your child’s support plan and goals.
